Return Process

  Contact our support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Ship to Service Centre

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our Melbourne-based service centre, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
